Goat Cheese Appetizer

Restaurant Marrakesh, Morocco Pavilion, EPCOT

8 ounces goat cheese
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
1/2 cucumber, seeded, peeled and chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
1 tablespoon half and half
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
