Coral Reef: Key Lime Vinaigrette


Apple Walnut and Goat Cheese Salad

Key Lime Vinaigrette 

Coral Reef Restaurant, EPCOT

Serves 8

1/4 cup key lime vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons of chopped basil
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of chopped chives
salt to taste
pepper to taste
dash of Tabasco sauce

Combine all ingredients and blend well. You can adjust the spices to your taste. Store in a airtight container.
